Cooking time

After foraging we made two different type of dishes with some of the things we gathered. It was a culinary and photographic experiment 🙂


Dumplings with ramson (ramsløg)

We were inspired from this recipe and “played” in the kitchen around 5 hours (including the time we had tea and waited for the dough to raise).

Stinging nettles with cream (brændenælder)

Preparing stinging nettles like this is part of my childhood (especially in combination with fried eggs). The original recipe is with spinach, so feel free to add some is you did not mange to pick up enough stinging nettles. This time, we also added purple dead nettles as there were a lot in the forest.
